Getting started with Neatline requires that your institution be already running an instance of Omeka. It may require considerable time to train, become familiar and experiment with the plugin and how it might be used to build coherent narratives around digital content.
There is an online sandbox version that can allow potential users to try the application out, sketch out pilot projects and demonstrate the tools potential to administrators.
